Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform
a. The Platform is intended for personal and non-commercial use related to donations and engagement with the Church.b. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Platform.
c. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform, including for the purpose of making donations.
d. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
e. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.
Donations
a. The Platform allows you to make online donations to support the Church's mission and activities.b. All donations made through the Platform are voluntary and non-refundable.
c. You acknowledge that the Church will use the donated funds at its discretion to support its programs, projects, and operational expenses.
d. The Church will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security and privacy of your donation information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Intellectual Property
a. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Church and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its content without the Church's prior written permission.

a. The Church respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.b. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

a. You agree to indemnify and hold the Church, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.b. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
